Cai is born in Guangdong province, and had been participating various cross straight cultural and art exchange exhibitions. He is currently a member of the Shenzhen Youth Artists Association, and member of the Jiangsu Nantong Artists Association. Cai has been very supportive of the sustainability of the environment. His recent work has been using a mix of whale and cosmic theme to depict majestic experience of the world, galaxy of our great oceans. He is particularly fond of using bright colors, delicately and meticulously describing details, with a superb grasp of light, shadow and for.
