However, Chu Wing Kee is more than an ordinary one. Having been operated since 1960s, the store is now run by the second generation of the family. It sells and displays many historical sundry items, like the red piggy money bank, chicken rice bowl, classical style thermal water bottle, vintage rice container and many more, which are all collective memories of Hong Kong people. Entering the store was like opening the time capsule of Hong Kong. You may visit it in Sheung Wan to get to know what daily sundry items Hong Kong people use in the old days.
