When our intuition attempts to warn us of something important, a truth we know deep down, we try to protect ourselves from the hurt by deflecting it for as long as possible. However, if we keep trying to ignore these feelings, and continue trying to hold on to something we aren’t sure of anymore, the longer it will take us to heal and move on.
