In the late 2000s, drawing on decades of expertise as a sauce maker, Billy Chow's father established Chow Kee, cooking and selling pantry essentials like bean pastes and chili sauces. Now taking the helm of this family business, Billy carries on his father's time-honored recipes while also introducing freshly handmade siu mai, which has gained a substantial following, especially when paired with their signature sauces. His commitment to blending innovation with tradition breathes new life into the shop.
