'New York New York' is a pencil drawing created during my residency in New York City. Inspired by Frida Kahlo's 'What the Water Gave Me', I intended to create my version of the same vision combining things I encountered in New York. Living as an artist in NYC has always been my favorite time of my life, surrounded by museums and people from all over the world, I always had countless ideas for my studio practice.
