The artist's collection “Hong Kong 2084” reimagines the city’s fantastical sustainable future—where historical, contemporary, and futuristic green buildings co-exist, and where endangered animals flourish. If the artist had a magic wand, this is how she would have her city in 2084. The artist has always wished the Tiger Balm Garden (1935) and Lee Theatre (1925) still existed. The giant Chinese-folk style tiger is the garden’s undying spirit overlooking Hong Kong. Of course, there is the iconic Convention Centre (1997) and Central plaza (1989). Plus a city of futuristic green buildings.
