This is one of the "Salute to Hong Kong Heritage Buildings" series painted by the artist - Lui Seng Chun is a Grade I historical building which is an old Chinese tong lau (building) located at Prince Edward. It was originally owned by a wealthy businessman, Mr Lui Leung who ran his business on the ground floor and lived upstairs since 1931. Later Lui family moved out and donated the building to the government in 2000. It was declared a monument in 2022 and has now become a clinic of Hong Kong Baptist University School of Chinese Medicine – Lui Seng Chun .
