Limited Reprint
This is one of the "Salute to Hong Kong Heritage Buildings" series painted by the artist - Built in 1926, King's College is one of the six surviving pre-war government school buildings in Hong Kong. It was founded on its present site in 1926. The premises were damaged in World War II and rebuilt and refurnished after the war. Since then the classical structure has retained its facades of grey granite columns against a background of red bricks, arched corridors and a sunken garden. The College currently serves as a secondary education institution for pupils from forms 1–6. It was declared a monument in 2011 under the Antiquities and Monuments Ordinance.
