The girl arrives the real world and go through the ruins and rubbles. She is shocked to see gardens here and there. Utopia may not exist, but one can find and build his wonderland in the imperfect world. She keeps going, wondering what life will surprise her next.
"Leaving the Wonderland" is a sequel to the “My Wonderland” series, about one leaving the fantastic ideal wonderland and departing towards the real world. The iconic elements, i.e. the Afro hair girl and the giant magic flowers, are kept, but new elements are added, giving it a sense of “floating” and “mystery”.

Sindy is a Hong Kong self-taught artist. She has loved art since childhood but was educated in traditional way and never thought she could create her own art. In 2019, Sindy resigned from her project management job to rethink about life. She felt so lost until she picked up the paintbrush again.
Sindy does not want to limit her art to any particular style. Because art is just life, which is evolving. However, the subject of her art is always something dear to her heart. In Sindy’s abstract artworks and the “My Wonderland” series, Sindy expresses her struggles and aspirations during her self-searching journey. In the “Hong Kong Gem” series, Sindy portrays the Hong Kong countryside, showing her deep love to this place.
