Ricky Francisco is an active museum worker since 1999, an independent curator since 2012 and an exhibiting visual artist since 2021. As a curator, he works with galleries and museums in Manila, Singapore, Jakarta, and Japan. As a visual artist, he is fascinated by light and its transmission, reflection, refraction and diffusion. For him, light is a visual symbol of the soul, and his works are a reflection of aspects of the soul, spirituality, intent, attention and transcendence.
