Dis/continue
2021
Dis/continue series consists of 8 geometric artworks that feature rhythmic and meditative patterns. Drawn on top of the patterns are letters and numbers which are meant to draw the viewers in. These patterns are based on the sizer, a piece of plastic attached to a clothes hanger that indicates the size of the clothing.
This series is about possibilities. The viewers have the freedom to continue or disrupt the orientation of the artworks thereby discontinuing the flow of the work. Either way, each painting can stand on its own.
