A dessert usually found at the Chinese restaurant which serves 'Dim Sum'. The bun is deep fried with custard in it. Sesames are sprinkled on them once they are ready to be served. As this dish is served when it is still boiling hot, melted golden custard will flow out naturally.

I began to learn Chinese Painting by chance. However, a series of major events were then going on in the society. I could not continue my painting classes. As a result, I began to learn to draw from several famous Chinese Painters’ paintings on the Internet. One day, I saw some onions and garlics which had been randomly arranged in the kitchen. Then I realized that the ordinary things we see daily also have their own beauty. The themes of Chinese Paintings need not be restricted to mountains, rivers, flowers and birds. I began to create a painting series of Hong Kong food. I hope my paintings would bring joy and hope to everyone. When the cloud is gone and the sky is clear, you will see that happiness is just right beside you.
