To register reprints of an artwork in ArtracX Curator, you need to have the entry of the original artwork created, and you need to create a reprint edition which is a group of reprints of the same properties including print date, size, and medium. Create an edition by visiting the admin page of the original artwork (with URL starting with “https://curator.artracx.com/artwork/”) and click “Create Reprint Edition” at the bottom of the page.

You need to put in the information of the reprint edition in the form there. When you have finished, click the “Submit” button.

After creating the reprint edition, you can create the individual reprints. Create a reprint by visiting the admin page of the reprint edition you just created (with URL starting with “https://curator.artracx.com/reprint-edition/”) and click “Create Reprint” at the bottom of the page.
