To register your business entity in ArtracX Curator, go to the following URL:
https://curator.artracx.com/create-entity/
You need to put in the information of your entity in the form there. When you have finished, click the “Submit” button.
Please note that you can only register one business entity per user account.
Information Template
To help you gather the necessary information to register your entity, artists, artworks, and their reprints, we provide an Excel template for you to use. Just click the icon below to download the template. There are examples of entity, artist, artwork, reprint edition, and reprint in the template for your reference.
Information Required
The following information is needed to register your artist:
Entity Type (*Required)
Choose from Art Dealer, Art Gallery, Art School, Independent Artist, and Private Collector. Please contact us if you want to add an additional type for yourself.
Name (*Required)
Name of your business entity, or your name if you register as an independent artist or private collector.
Year of Establishment (*Required)
If you register as an independent artist or private collector, input the year you started being involved in the art business.
Description
Description of your business entity or yourself in relation to the business of art. For best visual results, insert a blank line between 2 paragraphs.
Phone (*Required)
Enter the phone number as it is displayed. Spaces are allowed. It should include country code and area code and presented in a way that is the norm of how the phone numbers are shown for your country, e.g., +1 (888) 555 5555 for a US number, +852 8888 8888 for a Hong Kong number.
Email (*Required)
Enter your business email address.
Address (*Required)
Enter your address without city, state/province, postal code, and country.
City (*Required)
Enter the city of your address.
State/Province
Enter the state of province of your address. For Hong Kong addresses, your may ignore this field or put Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or New Territories.
Postal Code
Enter the postal/zip code of your address. This field is optional. Do not enter dummy postal codes if your country does not have postal codes.
Country (*Required)
Enter the country of your address.
Website
Enter the address of your business’s official website.
Featured Image
This is the image for listing and for sharing on social media. The ideal dimension is 1200 x 630 pixels. Other dimensions will work, too.
Logo
The logo can be of any aspect ratio but ideally minimum 200 pixels in height; smaller logos image may work, too. Ideally, your logo should cover the entire canvas of the image. This site is designed so that most logo images following this guideline would look nice both on screen and on printed documents.
Cover Image
The cover photo is shown at the top of your page. Ideally larger than 1600 pixels in width.
More Images
More images can be put into your page for introducing the entity to other users; up to 12 images can be listed at bottom of entity profile; ideally 1000 to 3000 pixels in width.
YouTube Video ID
If you have a video about your entity on YouTube, you may embed the video in your page. Enter only the ID of the video. If the URL of your video is “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1ncQ9pnBdg”, just enter “O1ncQ9pnBdg” (without the quotes).
Make Entity Public
Whether you want your entity visible to other users in Showcase.
List Artworks
Whether you want the artworks of this entity visible to other users in Showcase. Note that “List all” overrides per artwork setting.
Social Media Accounts
The URL of your social media page contains your account username/handle/ID information. Please input only such identifiers as indicated by “?????” in the examples of the social media account URLs below.
