Million Cheung

In 2015, Million Cheung received a Diploma in Chinese Painting at the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education. His ink wash paintings were featured in several exhibitions in Hong Kong, London and Milan. 2022, April, he held his first solo exhibition, ‘April Snow —Banquet’, at the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre. Million Cheung majored in Applied Art (costume art) at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) degree. He worked in fashion design after graduation and designed festive costumes for the Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited. He has designed costumes for Musica Viva’s opera productions, including Dido and Aeneas, Roméo et Juliette, Il Trovatore, L’Elisir d’Amore, La Bohème, Maria Stuarda, Don Pasquale, Madama Butterfly, The Magic Flute, The Merry Widow, Norma, Giulio Cesare, etc. He was also the costume and image designer for Luna Gale 2020, a drama production by the Hong Kong Federation of Drama Societies.
